You are only purchasing the Digital file, not the printed art. This meaning that I will never ship out anything physical to you.

Personal use only, you are not allowed to make profit from my art unless you pay for commercial use.

The prices listed are base prices and may increase depend on the character's details and complexity (Accessories, Pattern, Weapon, Shape, Pose, etc)

For commercial use, the price usually will be x2 from total price (may change depending on the circumstances).

Default size is A4 with 300 dpi. You'll be able to request the canvas size.

I will use my art style but i will try to make it as similiar as possible with the character that you request.

I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am also allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio or artbook.

I reserve the right to decline any project for any reason.

Payment via Paypal Invoice only (USD).

Do not send any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send the payment.

Payment must be 100% upfront, or 50% upfront and the rest is after the sketch is approved

No cancellation or refunds after payment.

You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

You can only get refund if i haven't started the sketch stage yet or i can’t deliver the finished artwork.

You also get refund if there is rush order fees and i can't deliver the finished artwork by the deadline.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will make the refund myself from the payment detail.

Full references are required, otherwise it will be charged.

After the sketch is approved, it usually takes 3-7 days to finish the commission (it could be earlier or longer depend on IRL situation).

You will get free 3 minor revisions. Additional revision will be charged $10 per minor revision or 50-100% based on total price for major revision.

I will constantly send WIP.

The final work will be delivered via Google Drive.

If I have any problem during the commission, I'll notify you as soon as possible.

Please tell me if the commission need to be done on certain day (Rush order fees may apply, 50-100% from total price, depend on complexity and my IRL situation).

You have to credit me if you want to upload my work to social media.

You are not allowed to use my art for AI purposes, NFT and alike.

You are not allowed to remove any watermarks/signatures.

You are not allowed to alter the artwork without my consent.
